Booking information – Camping by lake Vättern

When you book with us, you choose a specific pitch. Please note that it can be difficult to extend your stay during high season, as pitches are often fully booked.

For tent campers
We offer tent pitches both with and without electricity. There are no refrigerators or equipment for tent guests, but you can exchange your ice packs at the reception for only 5 SEK per pack.

Our camping pitches
Most pitches are about 100 m² and have a 10-amp power outlet with a grass surface.
Want extra space? Pitches 134–142 are larger, around 120 m², also with grass surface.

Bookable and drop-in pitches
The red pitches 1–3 (tents with electricity) can be booked online.
The red pitches 4–5 (tents with electricity) are drop-in.
Pitches 242–250 and 279–288 are drop-in pitches that cannot be booked in advance but can always be extended.
Pitches 289–298 offer both bookable and drop-in options, all without electricity.
The rows by the forest and in the middle are without electricity and drop-in only (tent pitches only).

General Information

If you wish to purchase extra minutes, the cost is 4 SEK for 2 minutes.

At the tent area, we have three rows where you can pitch your tent and park your car. The rows facing the forest and in the middle are without electricity and are drop-in spots. Closest to the caravans, there are spots for tents with electricity, where spots 1-3 are bookable online while spots 4 and 5 are drop-in. Unfortunately, we do not provide refrigerators or equipment for tent campers, but we offer ice pack exchange for 5 SEK per exchange per ice pack.

Wonderful family camping for both children and older adults. The children stay safely within the area, and the swimming area is just across the road. It’s also clean and tidy.”
